By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of our platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, Fish Games, or any other feature — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of Acha Game, including registered account holders and anyone browsing the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not create an account or use the platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Acha Game. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same mobile number, CNIC, payment method, or device — is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and any balances being forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Acha Game will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• You must keep your account information — including phone number and payment details — accurate and up to date.
• Acha Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account where we reasonably believe the account is being used fraudulently, in bad faith, or in violation of these terms.

Account closure requests can be made through the support channel. Upon closure, any remaining balance that meets our standard withdrawal requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on Acha Game are processed in PKR. We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and selected mobile wallets and cards as displayed in your account at the time of deposit.

• Deposits are processed through secure, regulated payment gateways. Processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for mobile wallets.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account.
• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Acha Game does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to your account due to incorrect reference details may experience delays. Contact support with your transaction receipt if this occurs.

We reserve the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of standard account security procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the transaction being reversed.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Acha Game are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement, as well as the general rules set out below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a Cash Out option is offered and you choose to use it.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any point before your bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Acha Game reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, odds feed error, or any other circumstances that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and Tests — specific settlement rules apply based on how much of the match was completed. Abandoned or rain-affected matches are typically settled according to official match results or voided if no official result is possible.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be made. If one or more legs are voided, those legs are treated as non-runners and the accumulator is settled on the remaining valid selections.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended briefly during key match events (wickets, goals, DRS reviews). Bets placed before a suspension are not affected.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Acha Game may offer welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are clearly displayed at the time the offer is presented.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible markets, minimum odds, and time limit will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are offered to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture.
• Acha Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have completed the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from free bets can be withdrawn, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. We support withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. The method available for your withdrawal will generally match the method used for your most recent deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• You may only withdraw funds to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Before your first withdrawal, we may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is designed to protect your account. Please have your CNIC details ready.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before those funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that are not subject to a bonus are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to account verification.
• Acha Game reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if we need to carry out additional verification, or if we suspect the withdrawal is connected to fraudulent activity. We will communicate any delay to you directly.

8 Responsible Gaming
